-have good food, and good drinks; American or any kind of ethnic will do
-be large enough to accommodate 10+ people together
-be not excessively expensive (we're college students)

You might want to try something in the area of Fanueil Hall. You then have the option of selecting a restaurant (for example ***** Last Resort) or getting individual food in Fanueil Hall, eating dinner together in the seating area and then bar hopping afterwards. The second option avoids the typical 18% gratuity that will be forced onto your bill for a large party and also trying to split a large bill between many people. Fire & Ice is good- it's like a mongolian grill where you can fill your bowl with whatever you want and they cook it for you on a large round grill. Best of all, it's like a bottomless bowl so you can go back for seconds. It's great for all types of eaters (vegetarians, etc.) because they aren't limited to just salads or one item, they can put whatever they want into their bowl!
