Would you eat it if they don't?

You would think is mandatory for ALL restaurants to use gloves, but unfortunately it is not the case. To answer the other part of the question, no I would NOT eat food after a person has touched it without gloves. You do not have a clue if the workers washed their hands (correctly) or worse yet not washed them at all.

Only at subway have i seen them wear gloves and yes i would if i see them wash their hands, Then again im not the paranoid type.

no we don't. but we openly wash our hands constantly. if we touch money we wash, touch our face we wash, touch anything other than the food or utensils to cook the food we wash. the kitchen is visible to the restaurant and so is the sink in which we wash. no one has ever complained, yet.

no they don't wear gloves. matter of fact the only time i remember anybody wearing gloves that served food was your school cafeteria and jail.

Not always, although they should. If I had just saw the server washing their hands correctly, I might be ok with that.

NO! sometimes at taco bell i have seen they have not! some fast foods..but not all that i can remember, i have not really paid attention that well
