I like AGS. but how about AGC&S if you need all the letter without leaving someone out...or it can be a name out of the letters and not just the letters.

Well, I think that shorter acronyms (and it may not be an intended acronym) are more easily remembered; I think AGS sounds better, looks more visually balanced, and is more easily remembered.

Also, three letters are easier to work with to create a logo than four.

What do they stand for?

People, having the fallible memories that they do, find that three letter combinations are easier to remember than four letter combinations, unless the letters spell a word. Are you just using random letters or do they stand for something? if they stand for something, you might want to consider using a real word in the name.
