I do think this is ridiculous. I am sure that he doesn't really believe that he is going to see a penny of that money. He is doing this on principal and he is trying to get his point across. However there are better ways to do this. I do question how he thinks this is going to help his business, though. If he feels his gallery is suffering because of the presence of the homeless people, how much is it going to suffer due to publicity he will get from this lawsuit? He is not exactly being portrayed in a positive light. He claims to care about their well being, but he probably wouldn't care half as much if they were on the next block. The guy is a cold hearted idiot.

YES I HAVE BUT INSTEAD OF SUING THEM HE SHOULD OF JUST PLACED A RETRAIN ORDER ON THEM ALONG WITH THE OTHER SHOP OWNERS. AFTER THEY GOT ARRESTED A FEW TIMES FOR VIOLATING THE RESTRAINING ORDER THEY WOULD NOT RETURN ..
