Paint the Jar with glass paint
Use a glue gun around the brim of the jar and immedietly place in glitter.
Fill the jar halfway with shells, pond rocks, marbles or color sand
Place a volture/small container in the jelly bean jar and put more filling in the jar to the top of the inner container.
Put in a scented candle and enjoy

when it rains, put it out side and let it fill up with rain. I would love to do that and the next time It rains I plan on doing it.
