No Deal...
Q wont really help your weaknesses. He shoots 68% from the line and doesn't really get steals or asts. He will help with 3's made and %.
I know you're fed up with AK, but I think he should start to produce better numbers, since he started to complain about his lack of role with the Utah offense. Although he doesn't score much, he does a lot of other things well and shoots a better % than Q
...not the best deal for you, but I would try and make a counter offer involving a 2for2 or something.

Ugh... Kirilenko has been disappointing, but I can't say I condone anyone owning Q... although he does help with FT, 3pt... Kirilenko is mostly just a block machine, I think you are fine... Don't take the deal, I stole Joe Johnson and Wally Sczerbiak for Kirilenko and someone else (good but not great enough that I remember who, I think he was ranked in the 70s) earlier this year... I would however recommend that you start Hill over Jack, he is more reliable than Jarrett (although Jack can help with assists. However, I would recommend that to help with Assists, dump Jack and pick up Sergio "Spanish Chocolate" Rodriguez.

I take this chance right now if I were you. AK-47 poses awesome talents and his stock couldn't get any lower than it is right now. Q-Rich only shoots 3 and rebounds, that's it. Jazz Owner Larry Miller is consider to be trading him, possibly by the All-Star break. Remember that Kirilenko is a five-tool player that's hard to find these day and playing for another team could skyrocket AK's value, so I take my chance on him.
With that said, you can put some players on the trading block (consider Jermaine O' Neal while his value is high; with Troy Murphy coming to town, look for O'Neal numbers to go down, rebounding-wise and he is injury-prone, so he could go down anytime soon.). Ginobli could be another guy because he's always on a short leash. If he goes on a slump, San Antonio Head Coach Gregg Popovich doesn't hesitate to bench Ginobli in a heartbeat, since he has Michael Finley and Brent Barry waiting in the wing.

Thats an easy one my friend...
Q has been good when healthy bu he"ll get you 3 categories (pts, rbds, and 3s). But thats the thing, he is injury prone and you never know when you will lose him. Kirilenko will get you those categories that are tough to get. He's like a white Josh Howard and he is so valuable in any fantasy league. The blocks, the steals etc.
Lets look at averages.
Kirilenko - 45%fg, 76%ft,10pts, 5rbds, 4assts, 1stl, 2blcks, 2to's..
Q - 44%fg, 68%ft, 14pts, 7rbds, 2assts, 1stl, 0blk, 1to's
score - 4 - 3 - 1 Kirilenko
Not to mention he is more durable and should see an increase in production. Take Kir, he's ugly but he gets the job done and he gets those stats that are tough to get...anyone can get pts and rbds, look at mark blount of Minn...
Thats all

With Steve Francis out for the Knicks, expect him to play a lot more and a little better.
I suggest you keep Quentin since Kirilenko's numbers aren't that good recently.
Plus, with the category you're lacking in, don't expect Kirilenko to help you with it.
I suggest you to try to get Raja Bell (FG, FT, 3PM, STL) or Jason Williams (FG, FT, AST, STL) instead.

Keep Q. Kirilenko has been a bust this year and I actually just sent him to my bench in favor of Adam Morrison. He had off season knee surgery and hasn't fully recovered from it. His numbers are WAY down this year, especially his blocks and rebounds, which he was known for.
Keep Q Rich and look to waiver wire for guys like Al Harrington, Marquis Daniels (Starting SG in Indiana now) or Nick Collison (averaging 25 ppg over last 6).

I don't think you can do the trade. It would help out a real team, but not your fantasy team. They need those points that Richardson can get them. I don't seem much upside to Kirilenko on your team until a few of your players get healthy.

I would make the trade. Then I would release Mo Williams and J, Jack. And try to pick up somebody like Jose Calderon and assist and three pointer king. And also shots like .530 shotting %. Or and Earl Boykins. There are many sleepers out there. Luther Head, L. Barbosa, Steve Blake. Next I'll try to trade Ricky Davis for someone solid like A. Nocioni, or Micheal Redd or K. Hinrich. You got to many forwards, you need another guard guard. Someone special, like Deron Williams, Caron Butler, that's who you need. Try to get him bad. Caron Butler or Nocioni. I'll trade Grant Hill just to get Nocioni...

From what i've got already heard Amare is long previous after the All-celeb interest, they are in simple terms waiting for the NBA All-celeb weekend to end, permit him play as an All-celeb representing Phoenix then he's long previous. the situation with this is that i think of its going to be an identical way no rely the place he is going as that's here in Phoenix. we've to many scorers! Richardson became the main lead scorer on his former team, O'Neal became the vast guy in fee in Miami, Stoudemire became the main scorer here in Phoenix. we've to lots skills & very almost each physique of our gamers is detect to being the spotlight of the interest its transforming into chaos & conflict, no person needs to experience interior the backseat of the bus, all of them choose to be applying it, the only guy or woman who's incredibly interior the back is Steve Nash who's shelling out the help. i actually wish he mightcontinual the bus, he's acquainted with he can score while he needs to & interior the tip that's going to harm him factor sensible while it is composed of being a legend in this interest. i understand Stoudemire made a fact that he might particularly stay here interior the Valley & proceed to play with the Suns, i don't understand how lots of a ability that could have on their determination to commerce him or no longer. i'm hoping they do no longer. particularly commerce Steve Kerr, even however I enjoyed him while he performed with Jordan interior the day, he's phacking up the Suns total corporation.
