Keep a journal and meditate.
Secondly try and find like minded individual in your work life or lives that make you laugh it will make the time less stressful.
Thirdly make sure that you have an alternative source of income planned that you are willing to stand by. Home business for example or if you can't do it right now it may give you more peace of mind to help a friend out who already has one going.

Almost impossible; however I would look into stress management, yoga, etc. I would also avoid conflicts and confrontations at all costs.

best solution for that is meditation ... do some yoga ... in the morning... and keep in mind............... god(all time) as well as your goal. that will help u free from tension.... mimimum time for meditation be 5 mintues...
