In my humble opinion, the Three Musketeers bar is the second best. Never in a million years would I have dreamed that I would say such a thing, but Almond Joy is the VERY best (if you like coconut). If you do not like coconut, however, then yes, Three Musketeers is DEFINITELY the best!
