One meal and a couple snacks a day. I don't need a lot of calories. I wish I had a fast metabolism then I could eat and eat and never gain an ounce.

It depends on if I'm at home or at school, and when my earliest class is/when my breaks are between classes. If I have an early class, I might grab breakfast after, though I usually don't eat breakfast.
I guess usually two meals a day, on average.

I eat 4, often times 5, yet they are very small. It retains me satisfied and that is more effective perfect on your digestive gadget to eat 4-6 small nutrients for the time of the day than to eat 3 enormous nutrients an afternoon. maximum diets in recent times recommend it for weight-loss.
