Trouble making is not nice.
As a Republican, I can honestly say that I would rather all drug abusers get help. I do not want to pay for incarceration for them.
If they are dealing, I hope the prison doors are welded shut.
To compare Rush Limbaugh who got hooked on painkillers prescribed to him to an abuser who does recreational drugs & breaks the law to support his habit is completely unfair.
Prescription painkillers are stronger than most realize & few recognize an addiction to them until it is too late & they are addicted. Recreational users immediately know they are breaking the law & chancing addiction. Ever had a root canal - yes those are addictive drugs & if you have an addictive personality you could be the next Rush Limbaugh. I will keep you in my prayers.

It is a case of blind loyalty, like those who still defend Bush. I don't think drug users should be jailed, I do have a problem with Rush because he said many many times that drug users should be exiled, killed, sent to prison, you name it he said it. Drug users were the biggest low lives to crawl out of the gutter, till he got caught being one. That is what I find so repugnant, his hypocrisy and the people who listen to him on a daily basis know he said those terrible things about people, all the while he was illegally copping prescription drugs. I'm sorry, correction, he had his maid do his dirty work. That should have shown people the shallowness of his convictions and the boundless hypocrisy he posses. He is such a hateful person, he really does need prayers, so do the pathetic people who are duped by him.

Why do liberals want people who are only guilty of abusing prescription drugs sent to counselling unless it's someone like Rush Limbaugh who should be drawn and quartered?

Polluting the air ways with his nonsense.
When your popping 30 Oxycontin a day I think that you realized that you are addicted and are breaking the law. You can't even get that many pills with out breaking some kind of law.
