Just type in 'best places to live' in the Yahoo! search box and go to it !!! The CNN link on the results page is good. In fact, it seems the U.S. has an obsession with finding the best place to live. Right now it is somewhere in between big cities and wide open green spaces.

norway is said to be the best country to live in.it's a fact from a recent study of the UN.and they have been for the past six years.USA ranks 8th.
