the answer is (sq.rt 6) / 6

to obtain this we must first eliminate the roots on the bottom

(sqrt(2/3) * sqrt (3/3)) - (sqrt(1/6) * sqrt (6/6))

sqrt (6/9) - sqrt (6/36)
this is the same as writting
((sqrt6) / (sqrt9)) - ((sqrt6)/ (sqrt36))

it will become

((sqrt 6) / 3) - ((sqrt6) /6)

Now they must have the same denominator in order for you to subtract them. so multiply the first one by 2/2 to become..

(2sqrt6)/6 - (sqrt6)/6

the answer is...

(sqrt 6) / 6

Hope this helps you with the next one.
