Right after you eat out, in public...like at the table? I have seen people do it! Is this rude?

Public flossing IS rude. I once was walking through the mall with my dad as he was digging in his teeth with a credit card. I've never felt such shame. I floss in private unless someone asks politely if they can watch, though that might freak me out.

yes because even if you brush your teeth many times, sometimes the food between your teeth will not be removed so i use floss too. So i can make sure that my teeth is clean. I do it in the bathroom because it is very very rude if you do it in a place that many people can see you.

I floss everday and only in the comfort of my own home. Yuck in public or at the table.

It is not good to do it in public. Some people carry a tooth brush but they don't do that in public either.
