I know the feeling. My H.S. coach never saw how hard I worked, that I was the first to practice, last to leave. All you can do is just keep trying. Eventually she will notice. The cream always rises to the top, so just keep trying.

This is a common feeling... .I've heard most of the above.
One important piece of advice I can give... TALK.
Go talk to your coach and say, hey, I like playing and would like to know what I can do to become a better individual player and a better team player. After you do that, the coach will probably watch you or have one of his/her coaches watch you.... Do not look for praise... some coaches hate glory seekers... what is your coach's style. The basics are work with the team, speak humbly, and let your actions rock the court. Negative issues and looking for praise will get you little on some teams.
The reward for a job well done is doing a job well.

Keep going at it. Hustle. Play Defense. Go diving in the seats after a ball. Show that you are hungry. She'll notice.

I can't emphasize the defense part enough. Yeah sure Kobe and AI get all the credit for scoring 80 pts but in real life the people who get noticed are the ones who play tenacious defense. Go hard to the hole to get easy free throws and hustle back to play D at the other end. Other coaches will notice you as well as yours.

You should just continue doing your best all the time. Don't worry about who is watching or not. You should work hard all the time to improve your game and not just to impress others. I am a H.S. coach and I am willing to bet that your coach probably sees more than you think. Remember, give your best all the time. Your coach will take notice.....I promise!

Walk up to her, tap her on the shoulder and say: Look...and then do your thing to impress her. :o)
