I have a question for you: How old are you? If you are like me and in your teens then it makes sense why you are so tired when you get up at 7.
As teenagers, our brains function in such a way in that we work better if we go to sleep later and then get up later as opposed to going to bed early and getting up early.
I know that if I go to bed say at 4 AM but then get up at 12 PM, I feel a great deal better than if I go to bed at 11 and get up at 7, even though it is the same number of hours of sleep.
So that might be one issue with your sleep patterns, another one is if you are dreaming a lot. When you are dreaming, you mind really isn't at rest, you need to get to the sleep stage after dreaming for your brain to get some rest.
There also could be some other clinical sleep issues and such but without more indepth information, it is hard to guess what they could be.
What I do when I have to wake up early for class is I usually go for a nap in the afternoon sometime. Not sure if it would just make you tireder but perhaps it is worth a shot. Sorry you aren't sleeping that well.

There are many levels and layers of reality. Reality is also defined by what you believe in. I don't mean this in a patronising way, but literally. If you believe in demons and have an interest in the subject, this is what you will find. If you choose to make connections with anything on the energetic level, why not associate with angels, who will help and support you, guide and comfort you, unlift you to ecstatic heights of pue joy and help you find yoru path and all that you're capable of being. Angels are very popular right now and you could go into any bookstore and start learning about the subject by picking one of the many books available about people's angel experiences and how to meditate and connect with their beautiful energies. If you connect strongly with this level and just allow your previous interest in demons to drop away, the part of your mind that connects to them will just wither from lack of use and you'll find that your personal reality changes and they no longer exist.

Check yourself in two dimensions
1. Mental state
2. Physical state
For physical state, it is not a bad thought to see a doctor for any weakness
Secondly, mental state is very important in sleep management. It is said that the mental state in which you go sleep will effect your mental state of getting up and the mode of sleep (its highly practical - I have tested many times)
When I sleep in a dazy or tired state then my quality of sleep is low and more in hours.
when i sleep in a good state of mind then I am getting good quality rest in less hours. So i started making my mind fresh before every sleep.
I fresh n up myself and wear soft clean clothes
Read good books or listen to good soft music few minutes
If I am tired, i can take a cup of warm milk
If am I ried I am also doing little muscle stretch exercises which is making me light in sleep
I talk to my own mind and try to programme it to wake up in the early morning in a good state
I close the eyes with good night to god and asking him to be withme
I also see that my room and bed is clean and fresh

You could be anemic, you could have low thyroid, you could just need a good breakfast to start you off your day. Or possibly, there is another underlying problem a doctor needs to look into...

It's normal if you're a teenager or a young adult. If it really worries you, you can see your doctor to check for underlying medical issues.

I guess it has to do with your mental state, which means something in real life you can't handle...and that's why you sleep...It is a shape of procrastinator...
Just wake up...and don't be afraid to confront your situation.
