the thing is just a month back i had been proposed by a guy on a website, he was like madly interested in me, so i thought of accepting his proposal..everything was fine...finally i thought of putting up my photo and then i said as soon as i put up my photo even u have to do the same...so that even i will know who is the person to whom i say "i love u"
he disagreed initially but then on my request he thought of finally showing his face to me...so he called me to his place, and coincidently the place where he stays is the place where i used to stay...so i planned to meet my old friends first and then meet him..
so till this it was like smooth going...and then i called him 3 times from outside to ask him where is he..because the ultimate aim for me to come over there was to meet him...he said that he was standing in front of the ticket counter...but i dint see anyone over there

i guess he lied to me...but maybe he saw me...and maybe he dint find me so attractive!!...but the worst part was that he dint call me after that day...not even a call...a person who used to call me up for 3-4 times a day...now doesnt call me up doesnt even give a blank call nothing!! (how can a person be so selfish??!!) he is such a @@#$%%..he dint even think abt me not even once!!..i feel like i have been ditched badly!!
iam completely depressed because one of my best friends have been expired...this is like a dual attack on me!!
help me tell me what to do??..how to speak to him what to speak to him??...what should be my next step..and folks u know what he has become so ruthless...that he doesnt even mind to message me once thru the website

I think you're reading this wrong. He wasn't disappointed in you at all. He was likely lying about his looks, age or identity in some way that he knew would disappoint YOU. He chickened out. He might have chickened out specifically because he saw you weren't alone, which gives me chills. He's not in touch because he knows you'll call his bluff. The guy is deceitful at best, dangerous at worst... pursuing it further is a big risk. I'd suggest drop him and try to avoid committing to someone on the internet again!

Maybe he is self concious about the way he looks and once he saw you, he thought "She would never be interested in me." Internet dating is not always reliable, nor is it safe. Considering the fact you've never met in person, I wouldn't expect much from this; especially after you set a date and he failed to meet up with you. I hope everything works out but I wouldn't pursue anything more with him. Try going out with friends as a way of meeting new people, it's probably a lot safer and less of a hassle.

why would you accept this man proposed when you have never
met this man in person, on been a month, were you crazy, , that
was not a smart move on your part, this man who was on the
internet was playing with you, or he has other issues lkke he marry or etc. and when you cll his buff he really got scare because everything he said was a lie. he may not have been
there or was not intertested in meeting after all. since you exhchange pictures he knew what you look like, that was
not good. anything could have happen. you need to be
a lot smarte then that. next time around, and why would you
accept it after a month.

Ask him to at least tell you the truth so that you can move on....no matter what the truth is. I'm sorry about your friend and this situation you're in. My best advice to you is to only meet people that you have seen in a webcam.
