Hopefully neither of them....
I think the first step the United States could make for a positive change would be to remove this music from the airwaves.

Neither will be a legend, not on thier body of work as of now anyway.

However Eminem will be most remembered. not only for putting the whole Vanilla Ice white people can't rap bit to pasture. And while E's lyrics have probably provided as much criticism as 50's his work actually provoked debate, beyond simple condemnation from various groups.
