Basically, she has it in for me, she is sleeping with the boss & gets away with murder. She has been bitching to all my workmates about me & has tried to get me into trouble for things I didn't do. My boss's boss knows they have a "relationship" going & hasn't done anything to stop it. It is not fair that she gets certain "privelidges" when the rest of us don't. I didn't initially have a problem with her "relationship" but it is affecting me now. I have never done anything to make her not like me (and she really doesn't!) but if this keeps up, then sooner or later I will be out of a job.
I have tried being nice to her (& she is usually as nice as pie back, in a fake kind of way) but she still really has it in for me.
What do I do? Any suggestions?

Record evidence of her treatment of you when nobody else is around, and/or evidence of the affair with boss. Take it to the boss of the bum who condones this behavior. Even if things don't work out, life is too short to put up with that crap. Get another job if they don't do something about it.

Oh, read your sexual harrasment section or your training book/binder, and look up who you can talk to about person/person problems at work, anonymously. If you really want to bring it all down, you need to report it. It may cause alot of tension, but being treated unfairly is bias, and you should get the same respect. Be careful and good luck! ( i know its not about sexual harrasment, but i dont think the people you need to contact would be anywhere else in
any handbook..)

i think that u should say something to ur boss's boss and say what has been going on and how it isnt fair... because then its like favortism and thats not good at all... if ur boss's boss doesnt do anything then you should talk 2 ur boss about it.. if that doesnt work then you should probably which ur job... like look for a good job and once you have it quit ur job that u have now..

Nothing you can do..she has already got the bosses attention.
About the only thing you can do....is sleep with the boss and be better than her.

file a sexual harasement charges against her and if this don't wok call the labor board and see what they can do about this problem.
