I would then inquire how it was that a seeming nice an appearing mentally
balanced young lady like you happened to come to my apartment [in
this apartment complex] to clean an obviously non-existent garage.

No, you would find it taken over by my husband's office. he converted it years ago. This has been confirmed by the IRS during our last A-U-D-I-T, and we await the new A-U-D-I-T . twice in three years and they say it's random. I think they live in the woods spying on us....who's that...me paranoid....no wayy
Getting back to the garage, nope, no garage, no rats, can't be sure about the horse barn, sheds, woodshed etc. but have at it, I'll even pay you. I'll need a receipt per the I-R-S boogey men/women. lol

I don't have a garage, but if you cleaned out my fridge you'd find frozen dead rats.

Don't have a garage. We have a huge barn instead. And, to tell you the truth, there's so much stuff in there you might find a skeleton or two, lol.
