This is, apparently, an Exam taken by Students attempting to get into Nursing Colleges in Asia (Phillipies). I am trying to get old test papers or any other information on this for a friend interested in nursing in the Phillipines.

There is an entrance test for college which 4th year students recently took, however, I dont know if those from other countries have to take it too.
The requirements would depend on the school that you are applying for. There are usually entrance exams which they give early! Inquire about this. Definitely the report cards or the transcript of record in high school is needed. If you are a foreigner, a study permit should be brought to Foreign Division of the school and you have to go to the Department of Education , Foreign Students division to have your papers stamped and be submitted to the school. It usually last for the school year. You have to do it yearly.

My niece was put into a Nursing course by my wife and I. The only entrance exam she sat was the one from the University itself. You need a certain minimum in order to pass.
In year three there is a cut off exam, and anybody not achieving the grade, cannot carry on, but can transfer to another course instead.

Entry-level program

The entry-level program is designed for students who are seeking initial licensure as a registered nurse. Upon completion of 121 credits, the student is awarded a bachelor of science degree in nursing (B.S.N.) and is eligible to make application to sit for the national licensure examination for registered nurses (NCLEX-RN). The entry-level nursing program curriculum is completed following a minimum of 30 specific semester hours (or equivalent) quarter hours) of undergraduate coursework. This coursework may be completed at a community college or another university. Upon completion of the 30 semester hours, the student may apply to the nursing program

Tests all depends on the school. Do coordinate directly to the school your friend like to go to.
