never
however according to Einstein's theory of relativity if there was a planet with a massive amount gravity (millions of time bigger than the sun), and it could slow time down by a factor of say 350,000 times, after only 3 minuets have gone by 2 years on earth would have passed on earth. so its almost like stopping time from earth's perspective.

We'll have to wait until the first time machine is created to find out (unless someone from the future uses that time machine to tell us).
That of course is assuming that time travel into the past is possible which it very well might not be.

i personally believe never because time can't go backwards, ask any scientist and you pretty much get the same answer...
but you can believe in the crazy, supernatural talk shows.
for example, on Cost to Cost AM (host George Noory), he interviewed this family, whose son came from future in a time machine. The son was from the year 2037. You can say that by that time there will be a time machine you can believe in it, but the reason I don't is because the "future son" says that 2006 would be the beginning of WWIII.
there are other reports of time machines, though. you can easily find them on the internet. But don't believe in them because time machines defy too many laws of physics... law of conservation of matter, law of conservation of energy, Einstein' theory of relativity, etc.

Time travel is impossible. If it were and you either when back or foward you would need to know were the planet will be. The Hubble constant tells us that the universe is always moving. (about 70Km/s per mega parsec) At close to the speed of light time "seems" to speed up, but really it is electrons slowing. If, and it is a big if, it is done one will need to know were the planet went otherwise they will end up in the vacuum of space. And the movie for You is... "The sound of thunder"

theoretically one has already been theorized :), but it requires way to much energy, it is very limited, it will only be able to send messages and only into the past, as far back as to when it was activated
