check out http://www.pscode.com for great sample codes. You didn't mention what version of VB you were using, so I can't be of any more help than that.

You could simply use the filecopy command. Code:

FileCopy "C:\Path\To\image.jpg", "F:\Path\To\Where\You\Want\To\Put\It\On\Your\iPod.jpg"

I'm not sure the exact paths that you should put it on to make it so that it actually shows up on the iPod.
