Does this girl at my gym have narcissistic personality disorder?

She doesn't compliment anybody,denies people have tings going for them when it's very obvious.Is never asking questions about the other person,and is always walking around arrogantly.

I think she would need to see a psychiatrist to get any kind of diagnosis. But I think this mental disorder has a few more characteristics than just having all the focus and attention toward yourself. It's a little more serious than that.

No. Why do you feel the need for her to compliment you or even care about you? Maybe she's there to work out instead of make friends. Not everyone is social all the time and sometimes people mistake this for arrogance. It sounds more like you are insecure.

She may be mildly autistic. Autistics typically have difficulty with social interactions. She may simply be blurting out what is on her mind. With autistics, one clue is they may have inconsistent or subdued facial expressions, gestures, or body language. Also autistics often avoid eye contact, making them appear inattentive, or "shifty". Whereas those with NPD typically have excellent social skills; also, their narcissism may not be immediately obvious. As far as I am aware, autistic spectrum disorders are much more common than NPD. You might want to do some reading into the various symptoms and manifestations of NPD as opposed to autism.
