Its not the right time.... but i would say the best moment. The rates in that area is going so high... that it is almost impossible to get one to invest on. So if u have one in hand... u r lucky and without wasting time should grab it. That place is getting day by day better.

Yes. You will get good appreciation because lot of IT parks are coming in that area. Please consult MMDA before purchasing whether they have any acquisition on that land. Try to purchase from the owner. Be care full in the document. Don't bother too much about the price. If you are very strict in pricing you may loose the opportunity.
