Marriage certificate: You can get a certified copy from the state where you got married.

Passport: You can get a new one if you have your birth certificate and SS card. If you don't have those you can get certified copy of your birth certificate from the hospital where you were born. SS card, go to the SS office and see what they say.

Diploma: Contact the school for a second copy. Will cost you $.

Immigration papers: Contact immigration and see what they say.

Put an ad in the papers in the lost and found column. They will be of no utility to the person who finds them. Offer a reward for returning them to you. You will get them back.

you can get a ceretifed copy from the county you got married in by mail ( so you do not have to go to the place in person )
as for rest, you have to go back to the nearest government agency that deals with what ever you need, but you need the proper documentation to prove who you are to the government agency

I expect once you start the process to replace them, they may turn up. Do you have the file box?
