Hello, I believe you're wanting to know if you can bluetooth with other phones that have a different provider, the answer is YES, I personally have done it.

if u are asking that if verizon bluetooth phones could be used with other providers, the answer is no.

VZW's Bluetooth-capable phones are capable of a lot of things. The one thing they won't do is allow file transfer between phones, whether or not it's a VZW phone.
