Burritos are definitely more filling than tacos.... of course it all depends on how many tacos you plan on eating.
If you're ordering from a restaurant you'll get more "bang" for your buck with the burrito. Steak and potato or chicken & cheese are my favorites!

I say tacos! I love the crunchiness! Also, tacos aren't too filling, so you can buy both a burrito AND a taco! That's what I'd do!

When I am really hungry, I go with the Burritos.
When I've been drinking, I go with Tacos.
If it's late at night or very early the next morning, I have to stick with the Carne Asada for the meat.

A taco makes a great snack or just enough to tide you over. A burrito makes a great meal or just enough to tide you over if your a plus size person.
