in the dead of night(4 am) i got my wife out, threw blankets out to cover us up(dont like pj's) and knocked on all the neighbors doors to get them out. then kicked in front door and got shoes and jackets for my wife and i..thanksgiving weekend last year in michigan(cold)

Well, assuming that my husband could get out on his own feet, I would take my purse (need money and cards and ID), my dog and my phone.

I'd probably only have enough time to grab my dogs, and as long as they made it out, I can replace everything else.
