There seem to be a lot of nonsense questions scattered around the board...the SINGLEMOMS, the BLACK LOVER and the WHITE WIFE, you know the ones I'm talking about. They appear one after the other, each one asking 3 or 4 stupid questions. Can we get them banned; they are getting annoying.

I've reported the guy who's putting down single moms a few times already. Obviously he's got nothing better to do that starting drama in here.
I know what you mean about them being annoying. Just keep reporting them is all I can think of.

he is being reported, usally the ban him, but he assumes a new identity and then he'll get rebooted, it's the same guy over and over again. only constant vigilance will keep him somewhat at bay, but unfortunately since Yahoo Answer has no active "forum" moderator who can active seek and ban such people outright in fast time
they also lack the craigslist of user voting the question off which helps craigslist self moderate

I'm not an advocate for the "dumb" question, but you don't have to read it or even reply to it. As a writer you should know value of freedom from censorship. Do you really want to ban people from writing nonsense?

You could report the abuse (usually near the bottom of the asked question) or you could just keep voting negatively on the questions. It may not ban them, but if they care about points they may react.

Report that you are offended by this each time you see it. I am going to skip questions that i think are not worth answering or that are offensive. I think that this would be best. I guess they are the trolls that is being discussed i don't know. People who do this thinks that they are being so smart and i guess they are the real bored ones.

You can report the black and white wives ones as slurs and repeated postings as such and so on after so many times they will kick the user off.

I think it is probably the same people who ruined the Yahoo news discussions. A bunch of idiots with no life and plenty of hatred.

I report them. Yes they are ridiculous. In general the best we can do is wait for Y!answers ModBot to kick them. I have never seen an actual moderator on this forum.

I agree with you. I think the best thing would be if we all ignored their questions. If they don't get answers, they won't keep posting. These people are just looking for your reactions.
