i450. I work for Nextel, so the basic comparison between the i265 and the i450 is essentially the i450 is a flip phone. Both have about the same specs and modifications as well as features. the i450 is newer, so therefore is most likely to have less problems associated with it. the i265 was released in '03 when the PTT (push to talk or walkie talkie) feature was somewhat new. the i450 being newer should have all the kinks worked out.

i450 cause it looks a lot cooler. also it looks smaller so its easier to carry
