Paul is very flaky, but an amazing musician and musical director. He has worked with all of the top names in the music industry and is well respected by his colleagues. I think Dave wants Paul to act this way.

No, I love Paul and David. Paul contributes a lot of money and time to charities including funding music programs for handicap and less privileged children. How do you like him now?

I'm annoyed by Paul as well as David Letterman. They just aren't funny. The few times I watch TV, I watch Leno, at least HE'S funny!

Totally! He ruins the show! It's overkill.
Anyway... The Scottish guy on after him is the funniest late night host right now, although he overdoes it a bit with the references to his own "hidden" gayness...soooooo funny overall, but ok already, we get it with the gayness jokes.
A bit more overkill to an otherwise great gig he's got goin' there.

He has a good band and is an asset to the Letterman "package" on the show.

From the very beginning Letterman was a rude and arrogant character that annoyed me.Now he is older and nicer.Paul's OK.

Yeup... I think he does absoloutly NOTHING for the show, except bring an annoyance factor to it. I hate him.. he thinks he's all cool and stuff... I don't even know why they PAY him to be there...
