There are all sorts of possibilities, but it sounds straight up like you are just not getting enough calories, or maybe not getting the right type of calories (too much sugar?). If you are in your teens, its common to have a shift in your metabolism. So maybe your eating habits worked fine for the old metabolism, but you might not be getting enough calories for the new metabolism. Try eating some healthy snacks between meals, or eating a little more at breakfast. Avoid sugary foods.

It is helpful to monitor your calories for a little while, and if you are still losing weight, you will have good info to take to your doc.

If you don't think the weight problem is caused by diet or metabolism, you should not ignore this problem - get evaluated by doc soon. Some of the things that cause weight loss and low energy are pretty serious problems, but no point in worrying - the simple problems like diet are much more common.
