Help with DVD formatting?

i put some movies on to my computer, but there in a diffrent format than the one i want. does anyone know a free program that allows you to change the format of the data on my computer

There is a formatting and burning software called DVD santa. It is the easiest software I have ever used. You can download a trial version for free. Google it, it should show up.
