Does Bill Gates ever help anyone in need especially those in poor third world countries?

Of course there are. Usually meat costs a bit more than a vegetarian diet would, so if the majority of a third world country is poor, they would more than likely have to make due with vegetarianism.

Although Bill Gates donates billions, he goes without nothing. the people that donate the most are average people, to them a donation means going wthout something, for Bill and Oprah it means giving away their excess they have to give up nothing. Bill could pay his staff more, reduce prices so we would benefit but no he lives it up and fools the gullible into believing he is generous.
Oprah donated 68 million to africa while putting up her celebrity mates in a $10,000 a night hotel. Her private jet is not smaller her 50milion dollar mansion is no smaller she gives up nothing. The people that do miss out are the customers that have to pay the higher prices to keep their billions pouring in, we are the ones that give to charity, they give ZERO.
Calling these people generous is like saying someone is generous because they are kind enough to slow down to 30k outside the hospital after stealing your kidney.
Bill Gates and oprah and those like them are not the solution to poverty they are the cause, they are not the cure they are the disease.

Bill Gates actually donates millions towards charities. When I heard this on a radio station I was really surprised. I mean it was millions, of coarse, he has billions though.
