Yes! I always have let the water run while I get ready for bed so that it's hot by the time I need to wash my face. It seems like a waste of water to me.

Yes! When the hot water heater is in the basement and I'm 2 floors above, I have to run the water a while before it gets to the bathroom! However, the warm water is well worth the wait!

I don't usually wash my face with hot water. Cold water refreshes you and keeps you alert, especially in the morning. It's proven by science and useful too!

Boy you wouldn't have wanted to live with us when we were kids.....no running water, no hot water, in the winter we would go get buckets of snow and heat it up on the stove. of coarse that's when i was really a youngster.but cold water will really wake you up.

heat the water on the stove in a kettle then pour it into a bowl, be sure that you add some cold water if you bring the kettle to boiling

your not supposed to wash your face with hot water. it's bad for your skin.
