eye shadow and liner in smokey brown with gold just under the eyebrow.
A tinted lip gloss just a shade darker than your natural lip color and dab a little on your cheeks and blend for a really together look!
Oh, and brown mascara, lots of it..

That is about exactly what I am. My eyes are a little more gray than hazel though.
I find that browns and pinks go best with reds. If you do any other colors on your face with such a bright color for your clothes, you may end up looking like Mimi from the Drew Carey show. You want people to notice you, not your makeup.

Here's a suggestion:
Spunsilk, Hazelnut, Jungle for the Eyes
SantaFeSun for the Cheeks
Beach Bronze for the Lips
Try a virtual makeover. Choose the model that most looks like you (eye color, hair color, etc.) and then you can see what all of the different color shades look on that model looking most similar to you. Also, try the latest looks for Valentine's Day. You can do this by clicking on the source links below.

If you wear red, wear that same color in lips, nails and cheeks (subtle). Don´t wear other kind of red (pink., coral etc). If you want add prints to your nails in gold.
A perfect shadow is medium to dark blue, wear just a little if you don´t like to look so done.
If you think matching is passé...think again...the more I match the more they look...

Nude eyeshadow, dark brown or black mascara. A sheer cream blush and nude pink lips. If you wear a bold color don't EVER wear bold makeup too or you'll look like a clown.

You look astounding in blues, yet keep away from pinks because of the fact they are going to the suck coloration out of you. attempt purely slightly blusher because of the fact you're particularly gentle. For lipsticks, staggering crimson might look great, yet keep away from gentle pinks. i'm unsure approximately eye shadows, yet with a bit of luck somebody else grants you suggestion on that. keep in mind i'm no expert, and it is purely opinion and stuff I have been given from vogue sites XD

When wearing such a bold color I would wear more natural tones.
