I currently have none, for the record. But I am not, nor would ever knock any girl that does. we are all individuals. I am just wondering though..what the general public thinks.

If you really look like that, I wouldn't scar that
lovely piece of art in any fashion. You can put
a temporary tattoo, so you can change it without
problems

Its like defacing graffiti on a work of art. The human body looks so fine until it is marred by ugly ink markings. No matter how "artistic" the tattoo is it is jarring and ugly to look at against her skin. Unless the girl is so ugly that she is trying to attract attention away from her self. If the girl is dark skinned the tattoo's are not as noticeable but still detract from her natural beauty.

I think tatoos are HOT except when it's a tatto of someone else's name. Imagine going out with a girl with her ex's name tatooed on her chest, that has to be a turn off.

Somethings are for pop culture and will not be proper at a later date.
If you do something permanent to yourself you are asking to never
change with the culture and will be stuck with the way you look
even if it is not proper or acceptable at a later date.
I would say a permanent molestation of skin tissue should be
done in a concealable area.
Not the middle of your forehead or the end of your nose.

"Beauty is truly in the eyes of the beholder," and some tattoos are truly works of art! Beauty can be found anywhere and for those who are brave enough to get one..and it actually be captured within the drawing (s)....good for them...it's a personal preference, one of which, others can either agree or disagree, it's about what that individual wants and enjoys. I don't like for myself, but then I'm 53. However I love them on young women, the artistic ones, but not the hearts flowers and little bunnies.
What I tell my daughters is that its your body but remember what your body is going to look like in about 50years and decide if that's really what you want sagging with the rest of you.

It makes it easier for the police to identify the body.
Other than that, there is no advantage to having a tattoo.
They look cheap now, but when she is 75, it will look cheap and wrinkly.
Just my opinion.

Done wisely and without massive quantity, I like it. If it's overdone, however, it can look pretty bad. However, like you, I wouldn't care if they did, though I would still think they made a mistake.
