you can write your own and it can be in your own words if you prefer or go online and get a sample of a will and make changes to fit your circumstance.

.....it does not really matter how you write it but if i am not mistaken you can even write it long hand. the next step is you will have to go to a notary public for it to be legal. if you write your own will, the notary public will ask you to sign each page in his presence as you are the testator of the will.....meaning, you wrote it yourself or prepared it yourself. then he will have two witnesses in his office sign it, then he sign it and put his stamp on it.

but before you write your own will, find out if your state accept self written wills.....most states do but recheck it to be sure. also, the notary can make several copies of your will and as long as all the signatures (yours, the witnesses and his) are originals and he stamps it, then the will is an original one. make a couple and give one of them to someone you trust and keep the other in a safe place.

Write your own. Must be specific & precise. Register to the court or Whichever legal branch at your country. Only need to pay the small legal fees.

Alternatively, can write your own, witnessed by 2 or more person of legal age which not relating to the will and no legal proceeding against them. Ensure countersigned.

some states offer a statutory will free from your state congressman. You fill it out and have it notarized or witnessed by 3 people . Cheap and legal.

I guess it would be valid if you just wrote one and had it notarized. Trouble is how would anyone know about it or find it?
