I listen to her down here in the South.. it's like music therapy for the sappy, inspired, broken-hearted, touched, hurt... let's just say music therapy for the emotionally drained and uplifted.

lol... I admit, I have listened to her and even shed a couple tears. Particularly around Christmastime, when the callers request Christmas songs for loved ones far from home.

I do. She isn't that sappy. I think she is sweet and seems to really enjoy her job by finding lyrical expression for her callers. I am from VA
