If she's really skinny and has unusually large breasts, I'd say implants since a large portion of breast tissue is fat. If she's really small she could end up hunch backed with back problems. I'd suggest a reduction!

Its completely alright to have large breasts. But make sure they do not sag. Make them look stiff and upright. That will make you sexy.
Finally, it also depends how you carry it off. Do not be conscious and be casual.

Skinny girls can't hold big boobs and will probably get back problems. I would'nt want massive knockers.
It wouldn't look normal.

I think they look too top heavy...being thin myself, I am fine with what I got.....not going to get any back problems when I get older
