when doctor given the discharge slip in which he describes the mod of C-section He defines Ist for vertical and IInd for 'NPOL'. what does it mean

C- Section is when U have Your Baby & they need 2 Deliver the Baby & Bikini Cut I'd say no lines..

It means Non-Progress of Labor. Basically, there was a necessity for the procedure because the baby didn't wanna come out!
