Ok, I just bought the Soundblaster X-Fi extreme music card and I'm trying to find some 5.1 surround speakers that would compliment the card. I like the way the Creative I-Trigue® 5600 look- http://www.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=4&subcategory=25&product=10736 I also like the way the MidiLand MX-5 look- http://www.midiland.com/proddetail.asp?linenumber=72&category=Multichannel I'd like some that just didn't look like boxes, you know? Any reviews on these two speaker systems? What do you think? Which is better?

You're not seriously considering hooking up creative or midiland speakers to your x-fi card are you? You might want to consider logitech. Z-5300, Z-5500 or Z-5450 if you like wireless.

Those sets are too weak, they won't do your Soundblaster X-Fi extreme music card justice.
Their drivers are too small and will sound bad.
Specs for I-trigue 5600:
9 Watts RMS per channel (4 channels)
14 Watts RMS center speaker
24 Watts RMS subwoofer
Total of 74Watts RMS = That is very bad!

Specs for MidiLand MX-5 :
10 Watts RMS per channel (4 channels)
10 Watts RMS center speaker
40 Watts RMS subwoofer
Total of 90Watts RMS = That is just as bad!

You need speakers with more power.
The more powerful Creative systems are pretty boxy,

So I would suggest these puppies:
Logitech® Z-5500 Digital

505 Watts RMS, which your sound card will make sing beautifully.
