First roll the window all the way down and take off the door lock button. Then remove the arm rest (with phillips screwdriver), and then using a special tool from a parts house (some places have them to rent but you may have to buy or borrow it) slide the tool first under the door handle and then under the window crank to loosen the spring-type clip and slide it back (don't push too hard or you may pop the clip out and it could be lost). Then slide the handle and window crank out - it should come loose pretty easily with a slight pull. If there are screws visible, take them out first. Then you will need a fork-type tool for around the door panel - slide up under the door panel and pop the clips loose (you will need to pull the panel out a little to look in back of it to see where the clips are). Lift up the door panel after popping the clips loose and slide towards the back of the door (in the opposite direction of the hinges). To put back on, just reverse the process. When putting the panel back on, just hit with your hand where each clip is to pop back in after lining them back up to the holes. Remember to roll up the window by taking the clip off the window crank and then put the crank on the gear and roll up the window all the way. Then put the clip back on the crank with a needlenose pliers and then push the clips for the back of the door handle and the window crank onto the door, lining up the crank so it is horizontal and facing in the direction of the door hinges. NOTE: If you have a remote control mirror, you will have to loosen the set screw on the extusion with an allen wrench (leaving the set screw on the extusion) before removing the panel. Also make sure you replace the paper or plastic barrier behind the panel - it is usually stuck on the door and keeps the panel from moisture and warping.
