The pants is not too tight, and it is long. The boots is going to be high heeled with a tip at the toe area. I'm not too worried about the boots and the pants but mostly the sweater. I was going to wear a black shirt but I felt like I had too much black going on. Also I have another shoe which is extra high but it have a cream lining but it's mostly black

That sounds like a nice outfit. I think boots are ok with dressy pants if the pants cover up the boot part and you can only see the heel and the toe sticking out, so it looks like you're wearing pointy toed pumps.
The sweater might be too casual if you are wearing it with just the pants. Do you have a matching jacket for the pants? If so, that would dress up the sweater. Even better would be a pressed collared shirt to go with the jacket and pants.
I actually heard that it is better to wear a skirt suit to an interview. If you do, I would suggest that it be a dark color like black or navy, and conservative. Good luck.

I am not a fashion expert, but if you think it's not a good idea, then don't. The last thing you want to do tomorrow is beat yourself mentally with,"why did I wear this outfit..." That'll just add extra stress on the day.
It's better to be over-conservative than under (unless you're applying for a creative position).

For a job interview it is most recommended to wear either a dark skirt or pant suit, hosiery, and medium height heels.

The sweater is ok if it is a really nice sweater. Usually a women's suit is perfect for an interivew, but if you don't have one the sweater's ok. Use your best judgement!
