im stuck on a problem-

a part of Russia containing most of the population and Moscow.

Central Russia or European part of Russia (European Russia). also Moscow is located in the Moscow oblast' (region).
Chuvashia is a wrong answer. the map which you find if follow the link in the first answer is not entirely correct.
