I would stay and save about 30k for a deposit on a house. Who cares what people think.

An old college teacher once adviced the class: let your parents pay for you as long they want to do it, or until they kick you out. The world is rough and if you don't have to move out--- why do it?
I would say that you have until about 25-27 until people ( women) start to question your living arrangements. But, it sounds like you have plenty of money--kudos to you--so, just as long as you don't insist on bringing girls home to "do it" with you should be fine.
Just get a nice hotel room when it comes to getting sexually involved. Plus, depending on what you do for a living, the 20 something year old women you meet are not going to have the highest standards or expectations of you. But, if you're a lawyer or an accountant/banker type, you might need to keep up with the Jones's, you know? Your call.
Just don't let your macho buddies convince you that you are a big p u s s y just because you still live at home. Build up that savings account or money market account and wait a few more years. If you tell women that you are saving your money, and that that is why you are still at home, I bet that will get them off your back.
Stick to the basics: drive a nice car, dress well, and work out.
Because if you're fat it doesn't matter where you live, you are most likely going to be single.
good luck.

Well, it is true that it is a turn off for most woman that you are still living with your parents. If you earn that much a year, I don't see a reason for you staying with them. You earn enough that getting a nice 1100+ apartment is beyond reasonable.
Staying with your parents sends out a message that you can't take care of yourself, you're lazy, and would need to be completely taken care of by a prospective girl. Move out and be independent! In the end however, you need to do what feels best to you.

I say that you should get your own place. It would be a turn off to most woman to date a 23 year old that still lived at home. Also how can you get romantic unless you go to her place? This could be a problem for romance.

If you are staying at home with your Mom and Dad you should be paying your way.You can afford to get your own apt.If I were still young it would not be a turn off your still living at home because I lived at home until I got married at age 21 but I also paid room and board. And I helped out with chores.

The parents take care of the children until they are old enough to fend for themselves, then the children take care of the parents. Sometimes moving on from familiar situations is difficult, but you have to take the initiative and move out. Best of luck.

Do what feels right for you, don't pay attention to what anybody else thinks.
Listen, it's expensive out there ! And if things are working out for you there at home, and you re saving up money, I say more power to ya.
That's my teenage sons plan, to stay and save up money until he feels its time.
Alot of people move out to early and have to return. I say you can always take a girl out, and you can always get a room or go to her place,, and until it gets serious and you feel its time, stay.

save up money and buy a house. no its not stupid that you are still living at home. im sure you have good reasons. im 19 now and i moved out and moved back in with my baby. im probably going to be living with them until i get married. so everyone has reasons. unless your parents tell you its time to go, then do what you want. talk with them about it

Whats wrong with living with parents i would love to have my parents with me.Consider yourself BLESSED ! Their mere presence is enough to protect you from the nasty wolves and not permit unwanted people taking advantage of you.Surely you don't feel inhibited by them? Why run two homes? Yes, surely you will save PLENTY by living with your folks. You will probably only realize this truth, when you are a parent.
