Are you allowed to go into 3 dimensions? Then definitely, you can place 3 lines that are perpendicular to each other. Think of the lines that form the corners of a room.

Take the line formed by the floor and one wall. Then take the line formed by the floor and another wall. Those two lines are perpendicular. And then so is the line in the corner of the room going up.

Now if you want a fourth line to be perpendicular to all 3, you are going to have to delve into the fourth dimension. :)
