A better question would be, what if Clinton was never elected? There would still be many criminals behind bars where they belong. Osama wouldn't of had the courage to attack, but after we let him hit us a few times without response, He took out the twin towers.

We'd have someone else dealing with a war in Afghanistan because of 9/11, not sure about Iraq, but I'm sure someone would work on continuing what Clinton started.

it depends on who was elected instead. if it was gore or kerry things might be even worse. if we had a libertarian in the white house things would be much better.
