Whenever some "succesful" person is asked how they did it, they make out that anyone can do it, "just do what I did". What they seem to overlook is that what allowed them to be "succesful", is all the people they employ and pay peanuts, they didn't become "succesful" by paying their workers the same. If this is their path to success, then how can everyone become "succesful"? Not everyone can own a business as there would be no workers yet we constanly hear these morons say that if you are not successful its your fault for not working hard enough so stop complaining. OK lets play your silly game, we will all work hard and build our businesses you just tell us who will do all the work? Robots? Genetically modified apes? I think we know how that worked out, so capatalists, enjoy the delusion while it lasts. How many times have you heard some idiot rental tycoon say "anyone can do it", who will rent your houses genius if everyone is doing it? No brain no pain.

I don't blame successful people for saying 'anyone could do it' I think it is a sign of modesty - yet another quality which makes them successful. Successful people think that what they've done could have been done by anybody, because they don't realise that they have certain qualities which set them apart from others.

These qualities are drive, passion, blind faith that they'll succeed, incessant hard work, perseverance. and never, ever, losing hope. These are the qualities that make a man successful no matter which field he is in.

You don't have to build a business to be successful, just be the best at your job - and that's not easy. If you're invaluable to the company, they'll pay you better, I'm sure, or other companies will want you. If you're not successful, its your fault - I agree with that statement.

72% of well to do Americans have not themselves to blame for being rich. It is a circumstance of birth. Look what happened to George W. Bush, a Son of an actual President. George was raised by nannies who could never say No to George. So he never learned to listen to anyone or justify anything.
He just decided, that is all.
Now the shame of it is that his highly successful Father was too busy during most of George's childhood to spend any time actually talking to George. George turned into a Nannies boy and his Mother protected George from exposure to the real world.
Everywhere George went and everything he did was totally managed by his Mother, often without his knowledge. Even Yale was a Mother's project. The Air Guard was his mother's project along with covering her son's actual deeds and indeeds. She was the one that forced him to go to that Dental Appointment that he did not need.
He was a failure in the eyes of his Father all his life and the relationship between them never got any better because the two George's never were able to talk.
That is problem.
G H W Bush knew he should stop his son from being President, but Georges nannies and Mother carried the day out of pure love. Success American style has it's rewards.
The rest is history.
