Several things...

Steven Jackson is an animal. If O. Pace and the line stays intact, that's huge.

Holt is scheduled for offseason knee surgery! Very scary. However, if he's healthy, the passing game should be solid.

The Rams need linebacker and secondary help in the worst way. I saw the Seahawks vs. Rams in person in the STL, and I can tell you that they need a renewed focus on pressuring the QB, and better safeties.

All told, I think they have a legitimate wildcard chance if they protect Bulger, and bolster the "D" in the draft. 9-7, 10-6 caliber, realistically.

The Rams need a run stopper or two, linebackers who can rush the passer and cover and DBs of all types. Their offense is fair, but if Bulger goes down forget it. They are fortunate, however, to be in a very weak division, so they have an outside chance at the playoffs, much like the Giants and its result last season.

If the defense continues to improve they could be one of the top teams. Also for a time last year the offensive line couldn't protect for Bulger, so they may want to add depth there. They have a stud RB in Jackson.

Action Jackson is developing into one of the best backs in the league, but Holt and Bruce are getting old and Curtis is probably going to leave in Free Agency.

That being said, I think that they'll go 8-8 or 9-7 and will compete with Seattle (or SF) for the division.

PS: Give me a break. Holt is over 30, and although WRs can play for a while past their prime, he is going to start declining, without a doubt.
And what kind of logic is that? "He's not old! He's good!"
Two different things, buddy.

definitely. And that ***** who said holt is to old, ha. Hes the best in the league, bulger is great and jackson touches the ball so damn much they finally realized he is jacked with talent. He'll see it more and the rams willl ride him to the playoffs.

Good team. They have a few needs to fill. They could be really good with a little more defense. I think they will win their division next year.
